Tuesday, December 1st is the eighth year of Giving Day, also known as Giving Tuesday. The initial idea behind Giving Day/Giving Tuesday was to inspire personal philanthropy and to encourgage some form of charitable giving: be it time or money or goods (or all three) during the holiday season. In 2019 some $511 million were raised on-line in the USA alone; and some $1.9 billion were raised across 60 countries. That's a lot of giving!

Today is Giving Tuesday Day and South Charlotte Dog Rescue needs your help. Please think about giving your time, your resources, or your financial support! South Charlotte Dog Rescue (SCDR) is a non-profit, no-kill, volunteer dog rescue organization serving the South Charlotte, North Carolina area. Keep in mind while it would be great if you gave today on Giving Tuesday, you can give to South Charlotte Dog Rescue all year long.
