Be DESCRIPTIVE If You Want Results! - 08/20/08 02:00 PM
I'm all for unique marketing & not much else. Be different. Be unusual, interesting & drive interest to your listings. Give a buyer a compelling reason to dig deeper. Be descriptive and use more effort! I was cruising through our local mls today to find myself another investment property and I noticed some of the same boring phrases....

Soaring ceilings are thirteen, fourteen feet or higher. 10 foot ceilings Are VERY normal in newer homes.

Me and Minie Me always watch football together...always. He wears his jersey & so do I. I feed him yogart, blueberries, Nilla wafers or whatever he likes that's on his menu for the day.....
We enjoyed the Cowboys game, even though we lost. Special teams and second string did much better than last week. Brad Johnson might be kept around longer after getting an opportunity to play with the first string Offensive line....

Who doesn't love some sticky, sloppy spicy, sweet ribs?! Or do your prefer smoked beer can chicken? Homemade sausage? Grilled Corn and fire roasted peppers?
My wife & I love ribs, smoked chicken and some good old fashion homemade BBQ sauce! So where is the best place to eat BBQ?

Football fever couldn't be stronger in the state of Texas! The Houston Texans will play their first Monday Night football game on a national stage Monday, December 1st against their arch rivals the Jacksonville Jaguars. Texans love their football, Houston loves their Texans!
Houston leads the all-time series with the Jaguars, 6-5, but was a 37-17 road loser when the teams met in Week 6 of 2007. The Texans scored a home-and-home sweep of Jacksonville in 2006, including a 27-7 home win in Week 7, The Jaguars last won in Houston in 2005.

Text Messaging With Clients.. - 08/03/08 09:32 PM
I have a blackberry, so texting is irrelevant to my business. I get real time emails and am able to reply to them rather quickly and easily if need be, and I don't have to pay pennies each time to do so. No to mention, text messages come with a limited number of characters, whereas email, you can type all you want without limitation.
When it comes to communicating 24/7 I prefer to rely on the Blackberry and it's awesome ability to keep in touch when you need it the most.

What Can You Learn From A 19 Month Old? - 08/03/08 06:22 PM
I love to talk about my son.
I am amazed how fast he is developing. His vocabulary is amazing. He uses 2 and 3 syllable words and even completes small sentences. This week he started using the toilet to go pee - standing up! Self taught! I won't comment where he may have learned this...
But I'm not blogging to brag about him.
I noticed a behavioral pattern that wasn't yet taught by Mom & Dad. The art of negotiations.

Discaimer: I like dog's & I appreciate those that love them.
My sister has a neighbor who "just moved in." I went to visit the sis today and noticed her neighbor pushing what appeared to be a baby stroller our direction, all the while talking to it, leaning over and adjusting something. Eventually, this proud mother stops in front of my sisters house and introduces herself.
Yipee.
Inisde the stroller was a dog. A mixed breed, overweight, panting dog named Ed. Yes, I'm telling the truth. Ed.
