Potential buyers will see the rider, call the number and very much like (Talking House) be able to hear a pre recorded message with details of the home. Even better, consumers will be given the opportunity while listening to be connected to the listing agent during the same call. House Values, I mean Market Leader - Get's Me Listings! - 01/21/09 04:19 PM
Many of you have tried and failed at several different things when it comes to generating new business. We all do that.
I stink at Open Houses, working expireds or knocking on doors and handing out "packages."
I've been a subscriber of what is known today as Market Leader since January of 2006. I just hit my 3 year mark with them today.
