Wouldn't it be nice to command full price for your home? The feeling that everybody want's it! You are the sole envy of every seller north of the equater. Even Donald Trump even want's to know.. "How'd they do that?" We all love our homes. We all think that every upgrade we performed is pristine. Just like our kids are the cutest and most unique kids in their class.
A multiple offer situtation on your home can also be your worst nightmare. Not just for you, but for your listing agent. Often sellers become "offer proud." They think because 2 people … (14 comments)
