I have been reading a lot lately about marketing yourself and I wanted to share a thought with you - A man had told the story ----He lead the man to the front of a crowded room and asked the question --- If you know this man, stand up please --- No one in the room stood up! He turned to the man and said "You are in trouble" -- People need to know you by your face! Put it everywhere - The point is that you want to become known for whatever business it is that you are in --- (24 comments)
Well the end of the year is approaching rapidly and I have run hard all year and I have got to keep the momentum because the finish line is coming into sight --- Wow - what a race it has been - I had my goals in front of me and I know what I hope to accomplish ---- What I learned several years ago, was that you have got to have the goal and a time frame that you would like to achieve it - But it will not be the end of the world if it does not (3 comments)
Wow, I don't know about everyone else but it seems like I have been on a roller coaster going downhill in the last few weeks - (But I love it) --- Just a lot going on in my business life and personal life - this is just a busy time of the year - so many extra activities that we become involved in, plus trying to yet stay focused on what really needs to get done! I like the busy part rather than not having anything to do - How about you - how do you handle the extra activities (5 comments)
Our Ribbon Cutting was Great - 35 or more supporters showed up and it was so much fun! Lots of good food - we are so excited about our new business --- It is so good to be able to work with my family and friends - we are looking for more good things to happen in our business - Thanks to all of my supporters - It means so much to me! Via Paul Hockaday: I began doing real estate just over 2 years ago and I've been told that I got in at the wrong time. I'm tired of all the negativity on the news in regards to the economic status of the country and the declining housing market. Personally, I'm ready to change my current financial situation. I've created a group where we can coach each other. What we are doing is setting a goal of "100 Days to Change". I've got the support of other real estate professionals who want CHANGE too.
