Facebook - Twitter or BOTH??? - 08/28/09 04:51 AM
I have set up my Facebook and Twitter accounts and really seem to like them - My only question is - they seem so similar - why would someone want both?  It does take time for me to check out my Facebook - which I use everyday - it just seems like it is double - dipping (for lack of a better word) - so I just think that I may not be seeing the whole picture - can someone comment and tell me what you see - Thanks and have a great day!

My Buyers have REFUSED to sign!!!! - 08/28/09 04:45 AM
Well, I have heard many horror stories like this BUT this is my first!  I had buyers from another state to buy a foreclosed home (buying as is) - their closing was scheduled for this past Tuesday at 10am - they arrived the evening before  (7pm) with 2 U-haul trucks - when they stopped by to do their final walk through - discovered the outside unit to the heat pump was gone - The listing agent came out and did as the bank required her to do - took pics - filed a police report - got 4 estimates to replace … (6 comments)
