Do you realize that this is one of the best times to buy? Prices are moderating (although in some NJ markets they are still increasing). Interest rates are still under 7%. The average over a 30 year period is around 7.5% to 8%. There is a lot of inventory available, putting you in the driver's seat. So where are you!?! What are you waiting for? … (6 comments)
