There are many small towns in the South Jersey area that sellers and buyers choose to represent them in many Real Estate Transactions.  My personal opinion on this is as follows:
Many small town Real Estate offices do not have a broad internet marketing site that reaches out to worldwide buyers.  In a market where so many companies are closing their doors, relocations to the South Jersey area draw many consumers to do their home search on line.
