Last Week was a busy week in Real Estate as I see some changes in the market!
I settled three of my listings and one new buyer purchased a home!
18 Fieldcrest in Westampton settled for $245,000.  This home was listed for 2 years with another Real Estate Firm, and I had it just 20 days.  Listing price was $249,000.  Yes the sellers were absolutely thrilled!
56 E. Maple Ave, Blackwood settled for $124,900.  Asking price was $122,900.  This was sold in less then 30 days on the market.
