Ethics Gone By The wayside!

I have been a full time Realtor for 13 years and in this changing market what I see is much desperation in both top producers and newcomers.

Its sad that there is no respect or that agents now leave listings active when their under contract, ignore calls, negotiate with attitudes, solicite other agents active listings, charge bogus admin fees, and so the list goes on. We pay for a Board of Realtors but get little to no assistance. We pay for an Mls system that doesn't monitor the system. We pay for State and National Boards but are really on our own.

I know this. I do business the right way! I can sleep at night! I have past clients that refer me! At times my frustration with this business and the lack of support saddens me but now I will motivate myself once again, kick a$&! And hope that our cooperating competitors will do things the right way to fulfill their livlihood!
