After wondering why Exit Realty wasn't a "network" on Facebook (we don't all have a master email address @exitrealty.com or the like) I found two GREAT Exit Realty GROUPS on Facebook we all should be joining!
The first GROUP (search this title) is Exit Realtors, and it seems to be a good source for upcoming trainings, referrals, etc.  It welcomes you to publish your information and network with the many other Exit agents joining this group nationwide and in Canada.

I thought it might be helpful for everyone to realize just what the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act is, effective for Purchases between January 1, 2009 and before December 1, 2009.
The credit is $8000 All single family principal residences eligible (condos, co-ops, townhomes, and single families). The 8k credit reduces or will eliminate income tax liability for the year of purchase.  Any unused amount of the credit gets REFUNDED to purchaser. The full amount of the credit is available for individuals with adjusted gross income of no more than 75k (150k on a joint return).  Phases out above those caps … (0 comments)
