I just stumbled across another terrific FREE tool for agents looking to grow and enhance their business. FreeConferenceCall.com is a terrific tool to link up to your clients/partners in a transaction from ANYWHERE including home, office, or cell phone. You can connect up to 96 people on a conversation and as the host, record the conversation for later distribution. Best of all, again, it's FREE for everyone to use, both you as the host and the guests. There may be long distance charges, but as many agents are on unlimited nationwide plans with their home or mobile carrier, this is less (2 comments)
DETAILS on the Homebuyer 8k Tax Credit EXTENSION and ADDITION of the 6.5k Credit for Current Homeowners - 11/05/09 02:41 PM
Now that both the Senate and House have passed the extension (and revisions) to the Hombuyer Credit (98-0 and 403-12, respectively, and President Obama has a public signing tomorrow morning) it's time to review the details: The $8000 first time homebuyer credit will extend to contracts SIGNED by April 30th and must close by June 30th, 2010. The bill also creates a $6,500 credit for those who buy a home after living in their current house at least five years. The credit defines a first-time homebuyer as someone who has not owned a residence within the past three years. The credit would (2 comments)

Hey guys, Just another tip from years of trial and error. The two things most agents I work with struggle the most are LEAD GENERATION and APPOINTMENT SETTING. As we are all being squeezed into smaller and smaller spaces these days and in this online/cost cutting economy, this holds true for both the home office and our work stations at the various brokerages we affiliate with. The two most powerful VISUAL (versus online) things I have done in the past year are to buy a dry erase board with a monthly calendar on it AND two file organizers, one for LISTINGS (5 comments)
