One of my favorite new construction projects CATALPA GARDENS in Edgewater recently dropped prices by nearly 40% on remaining units, some price drops IN EXCESS OF 100K! 
And now, as of yesterday, the building is FHA APPROVED, meaning 3.5% down and potential 8k tax refund!  WOW!  This building and its amenities are first rate and the sales team has been amazing to work with when I come with my clients.  I've been recommending this building since the price drop, and now with the FHA approval it is quite the unique moment to move on!  ONLY APPROX 10 UNITS REMAIN!
