The value of homes for sale in the Toledo, Ohio area has without a doubt gone down.
On the west coast of the United States there have been several occasions where the housing values have gone up to record highs only to fall again to new lows within about a ten year period.  This has also happened in the larger metropolitan areas of the country too.  This roller coaster effect on their market has allowed many people to actually make a lot of money from the sale of their homes provided that they buy and sell at the right time.

Stony Brook is a really beautiful neighborhood of relatively newer homes.  The developers left a lot of trees, the streets are curved and there are several man made lakes scattered throughout.  This area is located in the south western end of Sylvania.  Very close to shopping and schools.  There are approximately 151 homes in Stony Brook.  We at the Lohman Team make it our highest priority to help our clients sell their home, and find the home of their dreams.

Lincoln Woods, Sylvania, Ohio Market Report for 2007 Homes for Sale - 03/08/08 02:56 PM
Welcome to Lincoln Woods, Sylvania, Ohio.  Lincoln Woods is a wonderful community of mid priced homes centrally located in Sylvania.  There are approximately 383 homes most were built in the late 60's early 70's.  There are a few in the southern most section that were built in the late 90's. 
The streets are tree lined and the lawns well manicured.  These homes are close to schools and shopping.  This neighborhood also backs up to Olander Park.  Neighborhoods like this are what Sylvania is all about.
