Giving Thanks, North Shore Edition
As Thanksgiving approaches I'm feeling incredible gratitude. Next week my husband will tackle the turkey (it's like a religion for him) while I whip up the sides and we gather around the table with family to celebrate and reflect. In that spirit, I am thinking about my local and online communities and wanted to share a few thoughts.

Chicago Botanic Garden located on Chicago's North Shore is one amazing place to visit.
The weather this past week in the Chicagoland Area  was absolutely gorgeous  and what a better way to spend the day then to stroll through the Botanical Gardens.  As a full-time REALTOR, wife and mother of two very active boys, it is a rare occasion to have some down time for myself.  The beauty of living and working in Chicago's North Shore Suburbs is to take advantage of what is in your backyard.

Staged home on Chicago's North Shore looks amazing.
I recently wrote an entry about staging. 
As a REALTOR  serving clients along Chicago's North Shore I believe that staging a vacant home (if it is within the seller's budget) makes a big difference.
I currently have a vacant listing which I sold  to my clients a few years ago. They absolutely loved this home and the picturesque landscaped yard backing to the forest preserve but felt that they were growing out of it.
