The last month we have had so much fun attending the Wilmette IL Thursday Night Concerts at Plaza del Lago. It is a free event and something we have been going to for years now. You bring a chair or just dance the night away. This is one musical event that people really look forward to and if you do not know about this it is not too late to check it out. The first 100 days have passed in 2016 and we have been very busy with many new ideas and change in the business profile. After going through a banner year in 2015 I wanted to think of a way to make the next year even better and to build on the success of last year. You may not understand what I am saying here when reading this, but in Wilmette IL Real Estate is in big demand. I am talking about 3 or more bedroom homes enabling the kids to go to New Trier and live in a fruitful environment. I understand why people are hesitating on selling their homes. If you want to move but need questions answered about how you are going to walk away happy or unhappy you may need a real estate professional.

Wilmette Il has a unique neighborhood called the CAGE. Sounds restricting doesn't it? Not really, The Cage is an Acronym of four streets in Wilmette. It is Chestnut, Ashland, Greenwood and Elmwood, get it? These four streets up to Sheridan Rd on the east and Green bay road on the west. This neighborhood is considered one of the most sought after and exclusive areas in Wilmette IL. I always like to describe most of Wilmette as tree lined cobble stone streets that are peaceful and quiet in this bedroom community. Wilmette IL Condos Wilmette IL has set a record for the number of condos sold in a given year. We will find out soon if that record will be beat as soon as we get the results for the sales through 2014. In 2013 107 condos were sold and that beats all previous years as far back as we can go, 1992 where it was 65 condos or attached properties which include townhouses for the whole year. Wilmette IL Plaza Del Lago Rocks Wilmette IL Plaza Del Lago Rocks every Thursday evening in the summer time. They have free entertainment, tons of food and drinks and everybody dances. Plaza Del Lago is the cutest shopping area steps away from Lake Michigan in Wilmette IL. They have one of a kind stores and great restaurants. OK I have been complaining about how bad the weather is here in Chicago area and Evanston IL. I spent a couple of days hiding out because the snow kept coming down and it was really cold with no sun shining. I got cabin fever and had places to go and people to see. Today the sun was out but it was still cold. I ventured out in the 4 wheel drive vehicle and found it inspiring enough to snap a few pictures. I started reading some blogs about how it is getting cool out and that the fall is here. No not happening in my scene. I had a busy day and was running around and snapped a few shots with my phone that we will be talking about here to show you that this idea is completely wrong.
