Close your eyes, silence your mind, shush distractions, let go, even if for a little while, of all the things that are not working, focus on the ones that are, listen to the words your heart has to tell you. It loves you, it sees no limitation, it will show you things that you already know, but have forgotten in the busyness of  this life.

Let's be honest....wouldn't be wonderful if life was the 'picture perfect life' we all have dreamed of....we all, some more than others, have made poor choices or done something throughout their lifetime that they can call 'regrettable'.  Some of those actions we think.... 'what the heck was I thinking?'...well the benefit of it is that now a more mature being (at least we like to think that way) you can look back and realize what has been done and that those 'regrettable' occasions have taught you a valuable lesson.
