&lt;p&gt;10 - 10:30am There is children's parade from Memorial Park that ends at Quinlan Community Center. The parade is followed by the community (10:30am-11a,) sing-a-long backside of the Quinlan Center at the fountain. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6:15pm-9:15pm Evening festivities are at Creekside Park, Hyde Middle School, or Sedgewick Elementary School. They began with roving entertainment provided by local band. The Parks and Recreation Department provides games and face painting for children.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The fireworks at the late evening are launched from Cupertino High School @ 9:30pm.&lt;/p&gt;

Personally, I do not think that time has come. The quality of most videos I have seen is not near as good as the quality of current virtual tours. They also load slower.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When selling your home you want to look as good as possible. Most buyers first experience your home online. That is if they don&amp;#39;t get tired of waiting for it to load and click on the next listing.       <description>&lt;p&gt;In addition to having double pane windows, one of the things you should also take note of is the windows orientation. The orientation as well as the size can play a big part in the cost of heating and cooling your home.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;To take full advantage of the natural light that windows permit, keep in mind that in the mornings, the sun is in the east and in the evening, in the west. Windows located on the west side of the home often become very hot during the summer months.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In midday the sun is often in the south and in the winter farther south. This makes windows located on the south, an excellent source of winter heat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The north side of the house rarely receives direct sunlight and may be a good location for the bedroom windows.&lt;/p&gt;

      <title>Just got my SRES</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;There are a lot of senoir orinigal owners where I work. I recently sold the home of a man in his 70&amp;#39;s. He had purchased the home from the builder over 50 years ago and lived there ever since.
