The last time I went fishing was a deep sea adventure gone wrong. I was a Florida resident at the time and my sister and family were visiting for my birthday. I showed property on the Palos Verdes Peninsula yesterday. There were many lovely properties in the mix of homes my prospective buyers wanted to view. One home stood out above the rest to me, not because it was the grandest but because of the inviting outdoor living room (formerly a concrete patio?) complete with fireplace, conversation and dining areas.

I showed property today to a Palos Verdes move up buyer. We visited two open houses during our late morning and early afternoon tour. The first open house had a steady stream of visitors in and out during the 20 minutes we were there. At the second house I had a few minutes to chat with the listing agent while my clients perused the outdoor living area and pool. The property racked up fourteen showings and two offers in its first 48 hours on the market! Now that's a hot property.
