I love "yard art" so you can imagine my reaction to the wading birds positioned in an in-ground fountain at my upcoming listing in the Madison Heights area of Pasadena.
 
It took months of preparation but delivery day to the MLS is scheduled for Friday or Saturday depending on the photographer's speed in processing the photographs.  The painters (plus wallpaper removers), gardeners and staging professionals have worked their magic and transformed this sleeping beauty into the classic jewel she deserves to be.
