There are some lovely equestrian neighborhoods along the Palos Verdes Drive North corridor in Rolling Hills Estates. The Dapplegray community and Strawberry Lane are two of my favorite horse property streets. I've sold equestrian properties in both neighborhoods and my clients were thrilled with their new homes and the neighborhood.

Whee, is this holiday over yet? I need a rest from all the real estate activity! My new listing was shown at least three times each day for the past four days. Scheduling the appointments around a busy seller with multiple pets proved to be lots of fun, but everyone saw it and so far the cats have stayed in and the dog has been gone.
One client wanted to see horse properties before leaving for Europe, and another client wanted to know what his house is worth in today's market. CMA coming right up!

February 2008 was a great month for Rolling Hills sellers and buyers. Offers were accepted on two homes listed just under $6,000,000. Two other homes in Rolling Hills were snapped up by savvy buyers after the properties received significant price reductions.
