$4,750,000 The Tuesday broker open house tour in Palos Verdes had far more homes open than an agent could possibly view in the two-hour time slot; viewing priorities were definitely in order. First, and foremost, I view properties for current clients. Second in pecking order are new listings with ‘Homes I missed the first time around’ at the tail end of the list. Routing saved 9 S. Yard signs have been around a long time, and even as "Old School" as they are, I still feel a sense of pride and responsibility when I have one installed on a client's property. Interest in Palos Verdes properties is picking up. Last week Norma Toering & Team opened escrow on a Redondo Beach property. Next week we will close escrow on a Redondo Beach condo.
