I love a delicious green salad for lunch and am always on the hunt for a fabulous new salad stop to add to my favorite eating spots on The Hill aka Palos Verdes Peninsula.  Last week I was in the Lunada Bay neighborhood of Palos Verdes Estates showing property and if it's mealtime and I'm in the area I always stop at St. Honore French Bakery for their delightful Tahitian Chicken Salad (with tiny slivers of crusty French bread).    I wish I had taken a picture as it looked good enough to eat, and that's exactly what I did.  However, the portion was so generous I enjoyed … (2 comments)

Since I service the requests and needs of current clients before I prospect for new ones, today's plans are being shuffled a bit.  First order of business is to follow up with a past client referral I received yesterday.  A friend of a friend is interested in purchasing a Palos Verdes home in 2012.  Yesterday, I sent a quick thank you to my client and followed up with an email to the new prospective buyer.  Today, I will phone her to make sure she received the introductory email and a few listings in the price range indicated.  The next step will … (8 comments)
