Are you Ready? - 12/29/08 08:22 AM
Well it is almost here. Jack and 24 is BACK. Starting January 11, 2009, 24 will be on for a 2 hour show and on the next night too (January 12, 2009). YEA!
Like most of you I have been waiting and waiting and now I can almost see it. I am going home tonight and DVR it, so that I can make sure that I don't for some reason forget what day it starts.
Maybe this will be the start of a great year. With 24 kicking butt, maybe we all can also in Real Estate.

College Football, YEA! - 12/26/08 11:01 AM
This is now fixing to turn into the best few weeks of football throughout the whole year. I love college football and with the bowl season now here I cannot wait. It looks like Saturday, 12/27/08 there is going to be a full day of football.
I don't agree with the way that they have the BCS and would like a playoff system, but what can I do?
Have a Great Christmas Holiday and by the way Go GATORS!!!!!!

Buyers, Buyers, Where are You? Lake City, Fl. - 12/18/08 02:21 PM
In Lake City, Fl. I just got a re-finance for 4.625% 30 year fix. WOW!
I talked to an Appraiser two days ago and he said that Appraisals are going in, in this area approx. 15% less then a 2007 year appraisal would come in at.
With these low interest rates and good deals on property and homes, where are the buyers?

Great Weekend for Football - 12/08/08 10:00 AM
WOW, it was a great weekend for college football. The games where for Conference Championships, rankings in the BCS and where other teams not in the BCS would go. The BCS show was good last night, too. I still say that Texas was robbed, but I can't do anything about it.
I guess why I really liked this weekend so much was because I am a Fl. Gator. Go Gators!
