What are Home Buyers Waiting for?
 
Housing prices are down.  Interest rates are a historic lows.  There are plenty of homes to choose from.  So what are home buyers waiting for? 
You are a first time homebuyer and missed the April 30th 2010 deadline.     No worries, you actually can SAVE MORE MONEY now!     With the interest rates much lower since April 30, 2010, a 30 year mortgage is even more affordable and the savings over the life of the loan is unbeliveable!  So What are Home Buyers Waiting For?
