Good morning! North Scottsdale Market conditions are picking up! Today there was surprisingly positive news for Arizona Real Estate and the Economy! The National Bureau of Economic Research's report that the recession is over. While that is great news, people still need jobs and lenders still need to reduce the constriction of lending! That all being said, the foreclosure homes and condos market in North Scottsdale has actually decreased 12% since Jan. 2010!!! Fewer good homes are out there!
