How does this affect YOU?  I think one of the biggest no-brainers for a buyer is a FHA Loan...In a way, I don't understand it because people who aren't vested into a property are more likely to walk away and foreclose (See 2007, 2008, 2009,2010)   Isn't this what got us into this mess in the first place??  Anyway, can't fight the system so JOIN EM!
