NOTICE TO MY VENDORS: When a client calls requesting a service that is within the range of services you provide even though outside the usual service level you offer, the correct response to their request is YES, a big fat resounding YES.  Granted we all know that additional fees will usually apply for additional services, that is not the point. The point is that my objective is to not just meet client expectations but exceed them.  When we say no, we fail to even meet expectations, let alone exceed them.  Do not misunderstand, I am not talking about a client requesting anything that is immoral, … (0 comments)
