Real Estate Transactions Gone South - Are They Worth Your Life? - 04/25/11 07:39 PM
I have known people who have died over the stress of dealing with real estate transactions gone south.  Our real estate transactions, our credit scores and our other financial dealings represent so much to us… sometimes it can cost us our lives.
I think this represents a fundamental issue with who we perceive ourselves to be.  I totally understand relating to my bank account like it was the only measure of my personal worth… or the equity in my real estate portfolio.
If things went well, I felt smart.  If things went sideways, I felt like a failure.

NAR Starting to Talk More About the Benefits Owner Financing - 04/15/11 08:24 PM

It was a fabulous opportunity to get to speak with Gil Gross, the host of the National Association of Realtors’ radio show, Real Estate Today Radio, about the benefits of owner financing.
For months and years I’ve been trying to get the attention of the retail real estate community, and it seems that the tide is finally swinging to greater awareness of strategies other than cash or CTNL.  I’m SO happy to be getting the word out to more people.
