The office attended the Century 21 award ceremony Tuesday night. It was held at Russo's On The Bay in Howard Beach NY. Five of my Agents were honored at the ceremony. The office was awarded a Quality Service Pinnacle Award. This is a very hard designation to obtain. There are only a few offices in Nassau County with this designation. The Corporate Office contacts clients and customers after a deal has closed and has a series of questions for them to answer about the agents and the office. If you meet the criteria you can get a Quality Service (7 comments)
