In case you missed it, our NP Dodge Wildcats are 4-0 in the American Legion Central Plains Regional tournament in Minot, ND after a 16-1 win tonight over Dubuque County, IA.  They will play for the regional championship and a berth in the 2008 American Legion World Series on Monday at 1:00 p.m. vs the Missouri state champion from Blue Springs, MO. 
The Wildcats have previously defeated Blue Springs 14-4 on Saturday and must play a second game at 7:00 p.m. Monday if Missouri wins the 1:00 p.m. game.   The Cats have outscored their opponents in their 4 tournaments games … (0 comments)

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's annual Light the Night Walk is fast approaching us.  Light the Night is the Society's nationwide evening fundraising walk to celebrate and commemorate lives touched by cancer.  Participants walk along a one-mile route carrying illuminated balloons-white for survivors, red for supporters and gold for teams walking in memory of someone.  Funds raised will be used to find cures for leukemia, lymphoma, and Hodgkin's disease and myeloma and to improve the quality of life for patients and their families.
