What a cool site!  www.compete.com allows you to enter in a few web addresses and see how they stack up.  The site tracks how many "unique visitors" have been to a given site.  If you go to www.compete.com and type in www.activerain.com the line is going nowhere but up, Pretty impressive!  This could be a good tool for a listing appointment if the numbers are in your favor.
