From the NP Dodge Research Division: Clearing the muddy waters of the First Time Homebuyer Tax-Credit Extension. If you are a first time homebuyer trying to take advantage of the current $8,000 tax-credit program then it is imperative that your closing takes place prior to the deadline on November 30th, 2009!
