Inspect, Inspect and Inspect - Go over the inspection report with a fine tooth comb. Make sure the report was done by a professional organization. For condo purchases go over the Declaration, By-Laws, and Association Fees. Good idea to ask for minutes of meetings, too. Don't take anything for granted... inspect everything! Imagine the Property Vacant - Your furnishings and decorations will be the ones filling this new residence. Don't be swayed by beautiful furniture; it leaves with the owner. Income + Lifestyle = Mortgage Payment - Sit down with your professional real estate agent and honestly discuss your income level

Here's a good summary for listing a home: When you decide to sell your home, you want the highest possible return from its sale. Determining price is the most critical step in preparing your home for sale. Obviously, pricing your property too low won't provide the best return. You are apt to be deluged with lookers and may get many offers, but you could lose thousands of dollars on your family's largest investment. Likewise, pricing a property too high is risky. Homes priced too high miss their target market. Qualified buyers who might find the home just right for their needs
