Wow! my husband and I were traveling across state last week and were thrilled to see the price of gas!  We didn't hesitate to stop and fill up when we saw $2.38 in Okeechobee!  Here are some of the other prices that we encountered..........
Englewood $2.55 down from $2.87
Sarasota $2.39 down from $2.95
Jupiter $2.58 down from $3.01
Arcadia $2.60 down from $2.84

Fractional Ownership has come to our area!  Seems like our undiscovered coastline is growing up or at least Anna Maria Island is!  The De Soto Grande on Anna Maria Island is offering 8 waterfront fractional ownership residences ranging in price from $196,000 to $215,000.  The company developing the property has plans for another on Lido Key.  Seems they have done their research and are banking on its success!

 ( I know animated pictures on AR are not everyone's favorite, and I promise not to post them often, but I just couldn't resist this cute little guy.  Doesn't he just make you smile and help you let the stress melt away?  PETS RULE! )

As you can probably tell by my last blog, I have been doing some research on closing gift ideas. After having dinner with a few REALTORS today, it became clear that everyone is feeling like their creativity is zapped!  Especially when it comes to doing something a little different for closing gifts this year.

"THANK YOU!"  all throughout the year?
  Well they can! 
I just found Amazing Clubs which offers a variety of items that can be ordered for your customers and delivered year round!  Each time your customer receives their club package they will know just how special you think they are!
You can purchase club packages to be delivered from 3 to 12 months per year and choose from a long list of items. In fact, they have the longest list of club packages I have seen.

Anyone who knows me would say that I invite constructive criticism and welcome subjects to debate, even if they are personal. I am open minded and can generally see the other person's perspective and will consider their viewpoint openly, but there are some comments worth slamming the door on......perhaps you'll agree.

Success is defined at least by one source as "the achievement of something desired, planned or attempted" and by another source as "an event that accomplishes its intended purpose".
Which means that more likely than not, we have many successes per day that we do not recognize. Instead we take daily accomplishments for granted.
We need not do that for our spirit would appreciate the celebration of a little more success in our our lives. Consider this........

Reports of MODERN DAY DINOSAURS in Florida backyards! - 09/02/06 09:00 PM
One of the things I love about living in Florida, especially Englewood, are the natural surroundings and all the beautiful gifts that nature brings to my sight on a daily basis. 
We live just off the intracoastal waterway known as Lemon Bay.  So named in "PIONEER DAYS" for the plentiful lemon fruit trees that lined the banks.  While living by the bay brings plentiful visions of exotic birds, dolphins, and other creatures, I often find the vistors to my backyard to be just as fun to watch.
