I became a grandpa for the second time I recently went to back to Chicago. During the time I was there they got 23 inches of snow including 5 the day we arrived. The later in the week they got 12 inches and then again the day we were leaving our plane was delayed 3 1/2 hours because of the snow storm that dumped another 6 on the city. To top this off that we had several days of below zero temperature with wind chills in the double digits. If it wasn't for this new baby this body would not have … (2 comments)

This past week I've seen a little movement in the market. I recently sold a piece of land and Im currently in the process of negotiating the sale of a home. There are a few slight kinks that have to be worked out. Im hoping that by the weekend we can come to some sort of agreement or we will move on to another property. I ahve some good buyers. The sellers are being sticklers about seeling their home here. They are foreign sellers and dont know how bad the housing market has dropped here. But I'm keeping my fingers crossed … (11 comments)
