If you are interested in investing in real estate in the Seattle Area you will find many are saying that Seattle Ranks very high for potential real estate investors. The Seattle area will be the nation's fifth-best market for real estate investing next year and the top "buy" market for retail and industrial property, according to a new report. A separate report released Wednesday says investors are snapping up homes in the area, but other potential buyers are staying on the sidelines.
