The Outer Banks Get's A Little Snow In December - 12/06/10 10:31 AM
It does not happen very often but it actually snowed, just a little, on the Outer Banks Friday night while just across the bridge in lower Currituck snow covered the ground by Saturday morning. For those of us that live here we normally get some flurries or a dusting every year. In the 9yrs that I have lived here there has only been snow on the ground twice and one of those was last years whopping 3 inches.
