As many of the participants know - I have long been one of RealEstateWebmasters bigest advocates. Yesterday, in a very draft fashion - I moved my www.DaveAbernathy.com site from being a Point2 site to one the REW's new Limited Edition Custom sites.
It will be interesting to see how long it takes before the sites lead capture systems start to generate leads. There are 17 properties which have sold in Jupiter, Florida for over $500,000 since the beginning of the year. On the Loxahatchee River, 5 properties have sold ranging from $677,000 to $2,700,000. In Abacoa, 5 properties have sold ranging from a home in Mallory Creek for $589,595 to a home in Valencia for $1,175,000. The Ritz Carlton Golf Club & Spa has 3 properties which sold ranging from $1,000,000 to $1,600,000.

In the past ten days, 22 new listings have come on the market in Jupiter, Florida. On the Loxahatchee River, 5 properties have come on the market ranging from $515,000 to $4,500,000. In Admiral's Cove, there are 4 new properties ranging from $745,000 to $1,825,000. There are 3 new property listings for Jonathan's Landing which range from $629,000 to $1,599,000.
