WOW - That sums it up - People retiring, just like you, realize that the amenities in the community and the community's location are as equally important as the actual home they purchase.  Most people begin the funneling process by determining:
 
            1. State to Buy In
                         2. Section of State
                                       3. Town
                                                   4. Community
                                                              5. Model of Home

I am hoping someone out there can help me.  I have written several blogs, but their appearance seems very blah.  I was hoping to change the size of the font or the color or something to make it a little more attractive, but have absolutely no clue how to do it. 
I hope to take Dakno Marketing's, Blogging Boot Camp, over the winter, with Bobby and Brad Carroll, but in the meantime need some help.
If anyone could give me some pointers, that would be great.
