I never consider viewing listings wasting gas and if you're showing I'm going. My personal challenge is to view as many homes on the market as I can. How else can I tell you what is available when you ask. I have seen some exceptional offers and some homes with exceptional potential. All that is required is that you unleash your imagination. I admire the gift of vision people are graced with and often are wowed by the results. I am glad I didn't miss this one and would like to share what I saw with you.

Homes that you let get away or overlook. As I search the MLS and see the expireds or withdrawns I ask myself just what are you looking for? There are great homes offered at good prices, let me correct that statement, offered at good ASKING prices. We only had a few opportunities to enjoy the boat this summer. I kept telling myself to bring the camera and on our last voyage I did.
There are few things I enjoy more than a boat ride through the Sakonnet River. It was a chilly day and white billowy clouds littered the sky. A beautiful day not a wave or ripple to be found as far as eye could see.

There are sure tell tale signs that spring is coming. For the first time in months the pond isn't frozen, the temperature reached about 50 degrees and when I walked out the door I smelled the ocean. Other signs are telling me spring is right around the corner also.A couple of weeks ago a friend of mine went clamming and gave me some of the bounty. FIRST SNOW FALL 12/7/09- TIVERTON, RI
We woke to snow this morning. So my plan was to bring my camera while doing errands and get pictures of the first snow fall. Off and on my way when I thought the picture above would be nice. However, I had forgotten my camera. Sometimes a simple change of plans turns out to be a great adventure.

Tiverton was originally incorporated in 1694, as part of the Massachusetts Bay Colony. After a long dispute she was annexed to Rhode Island in 1746. The town was incorporated in 1747. For approximately three years during the Revolution when the British held Aquidneck Island, Tiverton was an asylum for Americans fleeing from British occupation, and the town became a mustering point for Colonial forces who gathered together to drive the British off the island. Recently a friend of ours has had his/her identity stolen. He/She is not sure how or where it happened. So today as I was reading through my e-mail I checked my spam folder. I am quite use to seeing solicitations from other countries requesting information to transfer money into my account but what I saw this morning is frightening.
