I never consider viewing listings wasting gas and if you're showing I'm going. My personal challenge is to view as many homes on the market as I can. How else can I tell you what is available when you ask. I have seen some exceptional offers and some homes with exceptional potential. All that is required is that you unleash your imagination. After reading some posts and comments such as How is video helping you?by William James Walton, Sr. I decided to add my two cents for what it is worth. There are many posts about videos some positive, some not, and some outright discouraging use of them.
Some say you have to invest a lot of money in equipment. Some say they aren't videos but rather slide shows or movies. Some say they aren't worth the time or effort.

I keep wondering why the oil spill in the Gulf has such an effect on me. I find myself thinking about it often. Watching the news looking to see if it has been corrected. It has finally occurred to me that is my love for the ocean that has me so concerned, upset, and scared. I can't image what people in that area are going through and I can't image life without the ocean.

The 4th of July in Bristol, RI has always been a great celebration. This year marks it's 225th celebration and I am sure it will be a grand celebration. While showing a home in the neighboring town of Warren, RI right on the Bristol, RI line the buyer agent told me he was at the aerial photo shoot promoting the festivities to come.
