Growing up in Tiverton I have many memories of Fogland Beach. My family would spend time at the beach every summer. My aunt had a Rambler station wagon which we fondly called the beach wagon. I never consider viewing listings wasting gas and if you're showing I'm going. My personal challenge is to view as many homes on the market as I can. How else can I tell you what is available when you ask. I have seen some exceptional offers and some homes with exceptional potential. All that is required is that you unleash your imagination. I admire the gift of vision people are graced with and often are wowed by the results. I am glad I didn't miss this one and would like to share what I saw with you.

There are many opinions when it comes to using videos in Real Estate. After reading some posts and comments such as How is video helping you?by William James Walton, Sr. I decided to add my two cents for what it is worth. There are many posts about videos some positive, some not, and some outright discouraging use of them.
Some say you have to invest a lot of money in equipment. Some say they aren't videos but rather slide shows or movies. Some say they aren't worth the time or effort.

I keep wondering why the oil spill in the Gulf has such an effect on me. I find myself thinking about it often. Watching the news looking to see if it has been corrected. It has finally occurred to me that is my love for the ocean that has me so concerned, upset, and scared. I can't image what people in that area are going through and I can't image life without the ocean.

To say the housing market is tough seems to some to be an understatement. It just doesn't begin to define the day to day challenges. As with any business in this economy it is demanding of your time, experience, and endurance. You simply just have to take on more to survive. We only had a few opportunities to enjoy the boat this summer. I kept telling myself to bring the camera and on our last voyage I did.
There are few things I enjoy more than a boat ride through the Sakonnet River. It was a chilly day and white billowy clouds littered the sky. A beautiful day not a wave or ripple to be found as far as eye could see.

It snowed again last night. But what a nice surprise to see that the seal had returned to the Sakonnet River. Almost every year this time we welcome the return of our salt water friend. Considering how much ocean we are surrounded by it is not often that you see these kind of animals in the Sakonnet River. So when our friend returns it makes me very happy and excited.
