Not just because WE live in Southern CA means ALL women have had boob jobs. On that NOTE, that doesn't mean that because you have BOOBIES, you don't have brains. Seriously? Why would a MALE Realtor(R) make such a comment? Just because you are slightly or very attractive, that means a woman has no brains!?? What has this world come to? I have so many friends that have had enhancements and can run a corporation all at the same time! Muhammad Ali and his wife, Yolanda, are suing the couple who sold them their Louisville, Ky., mansion, according to multiple reports. Ali and his wife claim that the former homeowners, Patrick and Beverly Lancaster, lied to them about problems with the eastern Jefferson County home. The problems were discovered after moving in. The lawsuit states that the Alis' were not informed of roof and chimney leaks, poor insulation, improper ventilation and mold. Ali also says the Lancaster's were well aware of these issues but still sold the home. I HAVE BEEN EMAILING PROPERTIES ALL WEEK AND ONE OF THE BUYERS AND I ARE GOING OUT TOMORROW. THEY ARE INVESTORS FROM SAN DIEGO. Word to the wise. Nowadays, and probably ALWAYS you should have everything in writing to have an assistant, an agent in training and/or transaction coordinator. SERIOUSLY!!! Many years, many transactions, many people coming and going, using ones knowledge and then head for the hills! For what? Then, you are re-training again... and again... Perhaps, you have known this person for a few years and think you can trust them with your first born?! THINK AGAIN! Dearies!!
