"Oh! We closed on a home a week ago".
Okay okay.... You know now... What comes next.....
It was a friend from sports that I have known 7 years. She bought in the neighborhood I have been sending info all along. We talked weekly and we discussed homes, the neighborhood, the market and of course the kids. She would never go to another agent/Realtor, you say.....

Attention Newbies and NOT SO Newbies!

When you post in the MLS and or ActiveRain and you have set up your profile already or you enter all your data into the MLS. Don't get started unless you have your picture ready.
Why? Couple reasons....
My OCD kicks in and the picture is missing in your profile. That's the easy answer of the two and the frustration is not in your AR pic. The OCD here only.
The real frustration is Agents /Realtors that don't post property pics in the MLS. I am referring to those Newbies and … (13 comments)
