Yesterday I posted what I considered an important piece on the Congressional hearings by the Financial Services Committee.  Basically, the blog had to do with the potential changes being considered for Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac.

Legislators and members of the Treasury Department today held the first of hearing on how to reform the sometimes called GSE's more commonly known as Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
While I am not educated enough at this point about this issue, I do know that reform is going to effect what happens to housing in this Country and how it is financed.  Regardless of your political stance, if you value your industry and intend on continuing to work within it, you must stay abreast of these changes.
