I had the top 10 most listing units for Coldwell Banker in the state of Florida for the first quarter this year. The above is a JPG from a copy of the PDF file. CNBC anchor Mark Haines passed away this week - 05/29/11 12:11 PM
Haines died this past Tuesday, May 24th. He was a known as the senior anchor on CNBC for 22 years; Mark was called by many reports this week a "building block" of the financial network's programming "Squawk on the Street" program. Haines was so respected that this week on the stock trading floor of the New York Stock Exchange held a moment of silence in his honor.
Mark had good insight and ahead of the game on many key topics one was the housing crisis and much was made of his taking to task Barney Frank which he in the end was right to do.

Well first if you lump all REO Realtors into one pile I just ask how is that right?
I take offense to the more than implied but just flat out stated that REO Realtor wont call you back, wont email you back and if you dont have a cash offer they will just throw it away.

You have to love when you are due to close the next day and the office manager for the title company that was looking into to a mix up within their office on your HUD approval and deed approval of the local title company's HUD and deed that the buyer is using and your closing a Fannie Mae property the next day only to find out that you get an email Sunday night at 11:50 stating the file is being transferred without any answers to the questions. Keep in mind Fannie Mae is to have 3 days to approve the HUD and Deed.

The first thing sometimes overlooked when getting a new foreclosure listing by the listing agent is to call the city and county code enforcement offices. The current code enforcement and other government officials have polls showing their number one problem currently with vacant homes is to locate the servicer responsible for maintaining issues on a vacant property.
American Association of Code Enforcement is working to find a solution reports have come out that they are working with Compliance Connection who with the preservation company Safeguard Properties are working on a technology that enables parties to find the information that is needed to communicate and comply with civic codes.

This I have to say is an odd business model that RES.NET has currently. I don't know who has advised RES.Net to not disclose or make easily available the banks that utilize their services.I would think the thought would be to have as many Realtors sign up for their services at RES.Net as possible to make sure that they are already familiar with their services and using the system before a bank contacts the Realtor and ask them if they are using the service or familiar with Res.Net.

Normally you can watch the Draft and see players that many times go from rags to riches. This year that story was kind of not as impressive as there is a lot of uncertainty around if the players will be able to play this year and receive their contracts with the lockout.
You see more players that were underclassman that came out due to the fact that part of the negotiations that are on the table is that rookies will no longer get the same large sums without first having to play a couple of years and pove their contract values.

I had since updated a new post which stated USRES opened my account back up and gave me a listing after closinging my account abruptly with no discussion when I told them I couldnt not do anymore BPO's for free until I received a listing.
