I have signed it and in Florida I am not an attorney, I cant give an opinon on law. I can ask questions though like everyone how does Zillow get away with this?
This is my opinion:
The company must be registered with the DBPR/DRE as a real estate brokerage since collecting compensation in connection with the referral of real estate business and they played on the line of ethics and I feel falls within the definition of real estate activity pursuant to Section 475.01(1)(a), Florida Statutes.
Everyone played along since they were paid subscription services and advertising and promoting Realtors, now though being a public … (0 comments)
