With all the turmoil going on with Zillow, it’s no wonder that some brokers are shutting down their listing feeds to these type of sites...... IF our MLS Boards decide to provide an MLS feed to Zillow/Trulia, they should charge an amount equal to the cost of running the Association with out charging any of it members (all of us). We are providing invaluable data to Zillow/Trulia. Without (1 comments)
Looks like they allow FSBO's to continue manual entry of their houses. This is another step forward for Zillow to try and force mls's to syndicate.
#NoZillow I did a google search for Zillow and seen ActiveRain post came up saying:

If Every Homeowner went on Zillow and Set a "make me move" price of $100k to $200k above market value, I wonder if that would effect Zestimates and raise the values? I do wonder what kind of controls they have in place, the creator this week of StopZillow.com put out a post of his sister who is a retired police officer that states she was turned down for refinance based on her zillow price being to low in value. There was also this interesting topic:

I know this has been a topic for a long time, its been talked about since 2007 at least. The buyout and monopoly after Zillow took over Trulia has gotten little attention by NAR who really hasnt addressed it. NAR doesnt own Realtor.com anymore there are no conflicts so not sure what they are waiting for at NAR to step in and say something.
