Active Listings: 57 Under Contract: 7 Sold August 2010: 8 Nichols Hills, as most of the communities we’re analyzing on this site, is suffering from too much inventory without enough buyers. The current “month’s inventory” of 8.1 is clearly into the Buyer’s Market range.
